The Limenitis Free Expression White Rose Award exists to highlight the work of outstanding American writers who value and champion free speech in their work. The award is named in honor of the WWII German student resistance group, known as the White Rose (Weiße Rose).

 

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA AND HOW TO APPLY:

1.  To be eligible for the Limenitis Free Expression White Rose Award, you must be a legal resident of the United States.​

2.  Submit an original written work (essay, story, or poetry).
